Where we serve

Jacksonville and the towns around it, from the coast at Swansboro and Sneads Ferry to Richlands and Maysville inland.

Towns we cover

Each area has its own water source, housing, and weather, and that affects how water heaters wear out. Pick your town for local details.

The area at a glance

Most homes in the area get water from the City of Jacksonville or the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA), both of which draw from groundwater. Maysville runs its own system, and some rural homes are on private wells. Groundwater here carries natural minerals, so sediment buildup in water heater tanks is common and annual flushing is worth doing.

Coastal towns like Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, and Holly Ridge also deal with salt air, humidity, and hurricane flooding, which can shorten the life of heaters in garages and under raised homes.
